Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Manager who has hands-on expertise in both Physical (ATL/BTL/On-Ground) and Digital Marketing channels. The incumbent will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns to generate quality leads, build brand equity, and support sales objectives across our real estate portfolio. Key Responsibilities Physical / Traditional Marketing · Plan and execute ATL (Above-the-Line) campaigns including print ads (newspapers, magazines), hoardings, outdoor media, radio, and television wherever applicable. · Drive BTL (Below-the-Line) activities such as project launches, site events, broker meets, channel partner events, expos, exhibitions, and roadshows. · Manage on-ground branding at project sites, sales lounges, and experience centres including signage, flex, standees, brochures, and collaterals. · Coordinate with creative agencies, printers, vendors, and event partners for timely execut...
