Responsible for the initiation, conceptualization, development, planning, implementation and evaluation of localized marketing activities in the assigned business unit or property.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- 1. Development, planning, implementation and evaluation of localized marketing activities that help increase lessee sales in the assigned business unit or property.
- 2. Entertains, reviews and recommends promotional tie-ups and special events proposals from promoters, dealers and other interested parties in assigned business unit or property.
- 3. Determines and approves the quality and set up of all signages and collateral materials in the common areas and store premises of the property.
- 4. Monitors all individual lessee promotions and ensures lessee participation in Citywide events and promotions.
