Overview
The Marketing Payments Manager is responsible for overseeing all payment-related processes within the marketing department. This role ensures timely and accurate payments to marketing vendors, agencies, and platforms, sets payment priorities in line with budgets, and serves as the primary point of contact for all marketing payment inquiries. The position works closely with Finance and Marketing to ensure smooth execution of marketing spend.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end marketing payments process, from invoice review to payment confirmation;
- Set and manage payment priorities based on campaign timelines, contractual obligations, and budget availability;
- Act as the main point of contact for all marketing payment-related questions and issue resolution;
