Job Description
**Introduction**
Act as a strategic advisor for clients seeking to modernize media and paid media operations. Assess current state teams, agency relationships, data flows, measurement setups, and operating models. Recommend redesigns that improve efficiency, governance, in-housing models, and AI-enabled decisioning.
**Your role and responsibilities**
* Assess current media planning/buying processes, roles, skills, and organizational structures.
* Diagnose maturity across measurement, budgeting, media governance, brand safety, and channel planning.
* Advise on future-state operating models: hybrid or in-house media teams, COEs, governance councils, and QA processes.
* Evaluate agency models and define vendor optimization strategies.
* Identify AI/GenAI opportunities: automated media briefs, forecasting, budget optimization models, real-time insights, creative fit checks.
