Key Responsibilities

• Produce 8 static content posts and 8 short-form videos per month aligned with brand tone and audience behavior
• Ensure each static post reaches at least 3,000 users and drives a minimum of 2,000 total engagements (reactions, comments, shares, saves)
• Write engaging video scripts and edit short-form content that achieves at least 30% hook effectiveness and 70% average hold rate
• Maintain a 5–10% engagement rate for both static and video content across platforms
• Collaborate with the team to optimize performance based on data and timely delivery of content
