• Manage and respond to customer enquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

• Support the conceptualisation and implementation of an AI chatbot to facilitate digital customer enquiries.
• Assist in the testing of digital booking platforms, including conducting test cases, identifying issues, and documenting feedback for improvements.

Marketing Support

• Conduct verification and manage the processing of incentive scheme payments.
• Assist in the preparation of marketing campaign materials, including content review, copywriting, and updating of collaterals.
• Provide support in event organisation, including coordination with stakeholders and monitoring of RSVPs.
• Perform any other duties as assigned, including ad-hoc projects and support for marketing operations.
