Responsibilities

• Supervises marketing staff.
• Evaluates subordinates’ performance and makes recommendations for pay increases, promotions, terminations, etc.
• Plans and executes internal and/or external marketing, advertising programs or products.
• Uses judgment based on the analysis of information.
• Identifies and resolves individual problems with some potential for broader organizational impact within established procedures.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years marketing experience; prior experience in banking industry.
• High proficiency with PC platform and tools: Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat), Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery an asset.
• Web content management experience.
• Proficiency in creative design of marketing collateral and for digital platforms.
