Marketplace Review & Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a results-driven specialist to develop and execute strategies that increase authentic customer reviews across major e-commerce platforms including Amazon, Walmart, and Target. This role focuses on compliant review acquisition, customer engagement, and post-purchase experience optimization to drive product credibility and conversion.

Review Generation Strategy (Compliant)

• Build and manage systems to increase organic customer reviews on Amazon, Walmart, and Target
• Implement post-purchase follow-up flows (email, SMS, inserts where allowed)
• Utilize platform-approved tools such as: Amazon Request a Review, Walmart post-purchase messaging
• Monitor and optimize review velocity and rating trends
