Job Summary

We are looking for customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Call Center Associates. In this role, you will assist customers by handling inquiries, providing accurate information, and resolving concerns through phone, email, or chat support.



Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Provide accurate information about services, processes, and company policies

Resolve customer concerns while maintaining high customer satisfaction

Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the system

Escalate unresolved or complex concerns to the appropriate teams

Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets



Schedule & Training

Willing to work on shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
