- Ensuring vessel safety and compliance with international regulations
- Overseeing cargo operations and stability management
- Leading the crew to achieve operational excellence
- Planning and monitoring passage strategies
- Minimum of several years’ experience as a Master on chemical tankers
- Valid STCW certifications
- Proven leadership and communication skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of maritime safety regulations
