Summary
Oversee repair network performance across local and regional stations, ensuring timely completion of orders and resolving backlogs to meet Pool program commitments. As the focal point for customers and stakeholders, manage SFR queries, coordinate technical issues, and support upgrade campaigns. Handles vendor management, quotations, logistics, and warranty controls while ensuring full compliance in documentation. Additionally, drive continuous process improvements and support financial, operational, and supplier performance activities.
