Our Client, a Global Provider of Electronic Design and Test Solution company, is looking for a Materials Procurement Support – Entry for their Santa Rosa, CA location. Responsibilities:

+ Coordinate material flow to support production schedules, including kitting, staging, and timely delivery to manufacturing areas.

+ Maintain accurate inventory records and system transactions (Oracle/MES) to ensure traceability, compliance, and data integrity.

+ Monitor material availability, proactively resolve shortages, and expedite critical components to prevent production delays.

+ Collaborate cross-functionally with planning, purchasing, and production teams to align material supply with demand, including support for NPI builds.

+ Ensure compliance with quality standards, ESD handling, and ITAR/EAR requirements in all material handling and documentation processes.
