Job Description & Duties

• Plan, organize, lead and control inventory activities. Recommend & lead process improvement. Eg. Update process flow in Agile.
• Regularly review inventory accuracy and establish traceability in movement via shop floor system and material transaction.
• Supervise and analyze inventory balance, transaction, and inventory reconciliation for weekly, monthly & quarterly.
• Review manpower and operation needs from time to time. Control consumable expenses and identify alternative cost-efficient operation expenditure.
• Analyze and summarize inventory transaction and age for manager review and decision making. Eg. Shift Performance Report.
• Supervise daily Main Store operation activities and report to Manager progress or issue arises.
• Complete daily material receiving, storage, picking and kitting to support production. Highlight any inventory discrepancies to executive.
