As a Mathematics Coach, you will be responsible for the following duties: - Conduct engaging Mathematics lessons, aligning to MOE standards, effectively managing and motivating students to reach their full potential.
- Monitor student progress, set improvement goals, and provide constructive feedback.
- Develop, prepare, and assess teaching materials.
- Mark assignments and be in charge of students' portfolios, including academic evaluations.
- Build rapport with students and parents, effectively communicating students' academic progress and addressing concerns.
- Use different coaching methods to meet the diverse competency levels of students, providing individualized support and guidance.
