Role Purpose:
To plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance activities using IBM Maximo, ensuring optimal resource utilization,
timely execution of preventive and corrective work orders, and compliance with asset management standards.
Key Task and Responsibilities:
- The preparation of short-term working programmes in terms of labour, plant and timescale, for the labour.
- Create, review, and update preventive maintenance schedules in Maximo based on OEM recommendations
and operational requirements. - Generate, assign, and track work orders (PM and CM) through the Maximo system.
- Ensure timely closure of work orders and accurate data entry by technicians or supervisors.
- Monitor asset performance trends and provide reports to support decision‑making.
