Coaches will promote skill development, teamwork, sportsmanship, and character, while ensuring the safety and supervision of student-athletes.

Assistant Coaches support the head coach with instruction, supervision, and program operations.

Certified teachers or professional educators employed by a local Board of Education; Hold MPSSAA/MSDE Coaching Certification

Have two years of successful emergency coaching experience

Have one year of successful emergency coaching experience at the hiring school in the position applied for



Submit all required coaching certifications to the athletic director.
