Job Description
Responsibilities: - To develop 3D CAD models and draw 2D detail design drawings, shop drawings and as-built drawings to relevant drawing standards
- To assist in coordinating all M&E services drawings related to structural, architectural, landscape and interior design
- Prepare drawings independently and review own work prior submissions
- Update and maintain current drawings / documentation
- Discuss ideas or issues to team verbally and written
Requirements: - Minimum Engineering Diploma or equivalent
- Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background
- Proficient in 2D & 3D AUTOCAD and other desirable software skills (Autocad Revit, BIM)
- Familiar with local building codes
- Familiar with local submission procedures
- Exposure to ISO / drafting standards
- Be independent, self‑motivated, able to work under pressure and deliver timely
- Perform as a good team player
