Role Summary

Lead and/or execute preventive maintenance(PM), corrective works, and emergency response across medium-voltage (MV) ringmain units (RMUs) and industrial burner-related mechanical/electrical systems. Ensure all works are carried out safely under Permit-to-Work (PTW), meet technical specifications, and are fully documented for client acceptance and billing.

Key Responsibilities

1) Field Service & Troubleshooting

. Attend customer sites for breakdown support coordinate safe isolation, access, and permits before work starts.

. Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults within competence escalate safety-criticalcommissioning/tuning when required.

. Provide clear updates to clients on findings, risks, and recommended rectification actions.
