Responsibilities

• Perform cost planning, budgeting, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage contracts, including handling variations and progress claims.
• Support commercial reporting and assist with project close-out activities.

Requirements

• Experience in CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) or MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) cost management.
• Exposure to data centre or complex construction projects is preferred.
