Responsibilities

• Operate the building air conditioning and mechanical ventilation system, lifts, escalators, electrical installation, and monitor low voltage facility performance.
• Manage the low voltage electrical distribution system, standby generators, and perform periodic checking and preventive maintenance.
• Report irregularities on LV installation to the MEP Manager.
• Liaise with utilities providers such as TNB, Suruhanjaya Tenaga and other regulatory bodies on utility services and compliance issues.
