+ Assemble hatches and panels using hand and power tools such as drills, wrenches, screwdrivers, torques, and tape measures.
+ Work off blueprints to ensure accuracy in assembly.
+ Prepare panels for painting by installing insulation and hanging panels on hooks.
+ Package completed assemblies and fulfill orders.
+ Cross-train in various departments to provide support when needed.

**Essential Skills**

+ 6+ months of mechanical assembly experience.
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
+ Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.
