Emphasis is placed on reliability, efficient routing, thermal performance, and minimizing size and mass while maintaining durability in operational environments.
About the Role
The position operates in a fast-paced, prototype-driven engineering environment with strong emphasis on hands-on development. We provide access to electrical labs, harness fabrication tools, additive manufacturing, and in-house test capability to enable rapid concept-to-hardware iteration. The role offers autonomy, cross-functional collaboration, and ownership of critical interconnect subsystems from early architecture through validation.
