Tsebo Facilities Solutions is recruiting an experienced Mechanical Engineering Manager to lead the mechanical engineering function across multiple client sites. This role is responsible for the planning, delivery and governance of mechanical maintenance, compliance and improvement activities within an integrated Facilities Management environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all mechanical engineering activities across assigned sites
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance strategies and 10‑year asset plans
• Oversee maintenance, repairs and upgrades of mechanical systems including HVAC, hydraulic systems, pumps
