3 days on, 2 off, 3 nights on, 4 off (12-hour shifts, 7–7)

We are recruiting for a leading global manufacturer operating within a fast-paced production environment, supplying high-quality packaging solutions to major brands. Responsibilities

• Carry out fault diagnosis and repairs on mechanical and hydraulic systems across production equipment
• Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to maximise machinery reliability and efficiency
• Troubleshoot breakdowns and implement effective, long-term solutions to minimise downtime
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimise equipment performance (OEE)
