Role Overview
We are recruiting a Mechanical Site Manager / Project Engineer to support the delivery of a major office block development in Manchester. This is a site-based role with responsibility for managing and coordinating mechanical works from installation through to commissioning and handover.
The initial appointment will be tied to the current project through to July 2027, with the successful candidate then moving onto subsequent projects within the business.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day delivery of mechanical works on site
Manage mechanical subcontractors, labour, and materials
Review and coordinate mechanical drawings, specifications, and technical submissions
Support short-term and look-ahead planning
