About the job Mechanical Procurement Engineer

Responsibilities.

• Under the direction of the Facilities Management (FM) ProcurementLead, help develop the operator market outreach act the procurementartifacts.
• Help develop the FM Operators specific requirements and support the development of the procurement technical standards
• Development and verification of RFQ packages
• Prepare selected tender lists and undertake Pretender selection.
• Prepare and float RFP to arrange submissions.
• Review and answer any tender queries.
• Receive bid submissions.
• Preparation of technical and commercial evaluation
• Evaluate and advise on commercial term negotiations submitted received from potential FM Operators.
• Attend bid and technical meetings and raise clarifications.
• Evaluate FM Operators proposals including specifications, drawings and contract documents and financial submissions.
