We have live sites and a strong pipeline of CAT A and CAT B office fit-out and refurbishment schemes and are looking for an experienced Mechanical Project / Contracts Manager to take commercial and technical responsibility for mechanical packages on these high-end commercial projects.

Role Responsibilities

* Manage mechanical services packages from design and pre-construction through installation, commissioning, and handover

* Full accountability for mechanical packages valued £2m–£15m
