An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experiencedMechanical Project Manager to join a leading Tier 1 M&E Contractor delivering a major £7m student accommodation development in Birmingham.
Working within an established project delivery team, the successful candidate will take full responsibility for the mechanical package from pre-construction through to commissioning and final handover, ensuring successful delivery in line with programme, budget and quality expectations.
This role offers the opportunity to join a well-respected contractor with a strong pipeline of secured work across the Midlands and nationally.
