Our client is a well-established Mechanical & Electrical contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality commercial projects across Hampshire, the South Coast and London. Due to continued growth and a healthy project pipeline, they are looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their delivery team.

The Role

You will take ownership of mechanical building services projects from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring delivery is achieved safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Projects are predominantly commercial developments with values ranging from £500k to £4 million and include office fit-outs, commercial refurbishments, education facilities, healthcare environments and mixed-use developments.
