Overview The Mechanical Foreman will guide project teams to deliver high‐quality, safe, and customer‐satisfied mechanical construction. The role involves managing manpower and materials, enforcing safety standards, and leveraging technology to ensure timely project completion. Responsibilities Work closely with the project Superintendent and other trades, overseeing the assigned scope. Manage material and manpower for the scope of the project. Enforce and promote high quality and safety standards. Utilize technology (company‐provided iPad, smartphone) to monitor progress and exceed customer expectations. Supervise, mentor, and motivate employees working on the designated scope. Qualifications OSHA 30 certification preferred. Progressive experience as a Mechanical, HVAC, or Plumbing leader using technology and seeking a clear career path.
