Mechanical Supervisor

Altrad are currently on the lookout for a Mechanical Supervisor to work at Dungeness A leading the Altrad Babcock mechanical team. You will oversee the daily operations of mechanical work on-site or in a facility.

Key Deliverables:

* Direct a team of mechanical technicians and assign tasks to complete scheduled and unscheduled maintenance work.

* Monitor the performance of mechanical systems, machinery, and equipment to identify issues and arrange repairs or adjustments.

* Inspect completed work to ensure it meets required specifications, safety standards, and quality guidelines.

* Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and manuals to guide installation, maintenance, and repair activities.

* Order, track, and manage inventory of spare parts and mechanical supplies.

* Develop and implement mechanical maintenance schedules and procedures.
