Overview

We are looking for a Technician Motor Transport Automobile Mechanic to carry out preventative, corrective and breakdown maintenance on motor vehicle equipment and systems, individually or as part of a technical team, within a designated area of the facilities, while ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

Key Accountabilities

• Conform to all general and technical safety requirements at all times to ensure the health, safety & welfare of self and others at work.
• Complete any other work assigned by the supervisor or duty engineer to achieve the purpose.
• Read, interpret and describe the functionality of vehicle electrical and engine systems from drawings irrespective of manufacturer.
• Set up and use test equipment correctly and interpret the test results, including digital multimeters and in‑situ diagnostic equipment.
