Job Description
Responsibilities - Coordinate with the Site Manager / Supervisor for proper assessment of the requirement
- Comprehensive knowledge of test instrumentation, measurement techniques, and metrology methods
- Installation experience in automated machinery such as conveyors, lifting machines, pneumatic systems, sorters, and stacker cranes
- Perform material modifications and joining
- Develop and test modifications to systems
- Complete all duties in accordance with applicable safety measures and published procedures
- Use screwdrivers, wrenches, socket wrenches, pliers, hammers, chisels, and punches to troubleshoot and repair equipment
- Properly use power tools with all safety regulations
- Assist other technicians with diagnostic checks and symptom analysis
- Explain technical issues to non‑technical people
- Maintain an up‑to‑date inventory of conveyor belts and tools
