Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or related field



Licensed Medical Technologist (e.g., PRC in the Philippines)



Skilled in laboratory testing, specimen analysis, and quality control



Knowledge of clinical lab equipment, infection control, and safety standards



Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills



Familiar with Hematology, Microbiology, Clinical Chemistry, and Immunology
