Job Description

What You’ll Be Crafting

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and other relevant channels — with a strong focus on customer retention and lifecycle marketing.
  • Design and manage full-funnel strategies that go beyond acquisition, including retargeting, re-engagement, upsell, and loyalty-driven campaigns.
  • Analyze customer behavior, cohort performance, and lifecycle data to identify opportunities for improving retention, repeat purchases, and overall customer value.
  • Continuously refine audience segmentation and messaging strategies to ensure campaigns are relevant, personalized, and aligned with different stages of the customer journey.
  • Work closely with CRM, creative, and strategy teams to align paid media efforts with retention initiatives such as promotions, remarketing flows, and content strategies.
