The Avon Lake Family Health Center Family Medicine team is uniquely trained to care for patients as a whole person, regardless of age or sex. The cornerstone of Family Medicine is an ongoing, personal relationship between caregivers and patients to achieve the best possible health outcomes.

**This is a full-time role. A caregiver in this position works 7:00am to 8:00pm with an evening and Saturday rotation.**
