Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Operations Executive to support the smooth execution of daily business operations. The role will be responsible for handling day‑to‑day quotations, managing government and private tenders including MOH and RCPAQAP submissions, and monitoring tender portals to ensure timely participation in opportunities. This position plays a key role in supporting the sales team by ensuring operational efficiency and tender compliance.

General Responsibilities

• Prepare, process, and follow up on daily customer quotations accurately and promptly.
• Manage tender submissions for MOH tenders, RCPAQAP tenders, and other business opportunities.
