Permanent Hospitalist Medical Director position around Washington DC

Job Details

• BC in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Employed position - new hospital built in 2025 - 136-bed hospital, 20 ICU beds
• Day shift: 7 am to 7 pm / will be taking calls and meetings on off weeks for the Director part
• Closed ICU - no procedures required
• Codes Run by ICU. Hospitalist responds to history
• EMR is Oracle/Cerner
• Seeing 16 patients plus 1-2 admissions per shift
• $323K base salary with 40K admin stipend with productivity and quality incentives
