  • Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00)

SUMMARY/DUTIES:


  • Supports a high-volume medical imaging department by managing inbound calls, scheduling patients, and coordinating imaging services across modalities including X-ray, ultrasound, mammography, and bone densitometry

  • Responsible for work queue and incoming order management, patient registration, insurance verification, and authorization processing

  • Conducts outbound calls to reduce scheduling backlog and improve patient access

  • Provides instructions to patients, gathers required documentation, and coordinates prior imaging retrieval
