Medical Information Specialist (MIS)

ProPharma Medical Information Contact Center seeks a qualified Medical Information Specialist (MIS) to manage unsolicited consumer, health care professional, and other external customer requests for medical and safety information. The role includes responding to inquiries via telephone, website/email, letter, fax, and scientific meetings, providing labeled and unlabeled information responses, documenting and reporting adverse events, pregnancy reports, special situation events, and product complaints, and maintaining quality in all processes.
