Position Summary:

Medical Laboratory Technologists (MLTs) perform complex laboratory testing on patient samples to assist physicians and healthcare teams in diagnosing, treating, and preventing disease. They operate, maintain, and troubleshoot sophisticated laboratory equipment while ensuring accuracy, quality control, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain laboratory analyzers and instrumentation
• Ensure quality assurance, calibration, and adherence to safety protocols
• Interpret and validate test results before reporting to physicians or clinical teams
