Key Responsibilities
Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests accurately
Collect, label, and process patient specimens
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments
Analyze test results and prepare laboratory reports
Follow infection control and laboratory safety procedures
Maintain proper documentation and quality assurance standards
Coordinate with doctors and healthcare professionals regarding test findings
