Key Responsibilities

Manage plaintiff-side medical malpractice files from intake through settlement or trial.

Conduct examinations for discovery, mediations, motions, pre‑trials, and court appearances.

Draft pleadings, motion materials, mediation briefs, legal correspondence, and other litigation documents.

Develop and implement litigation strategies for complex medical negligence claims.
