Growth in our Early Phase business unit has created an opportunity for an experienced clinician to step into a newly established EPU Medical Team Lead role, working closely with our Medical Director to support the delivery of high‑quality clinical trials.

This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who enjoys being close to the work leading people, supporting clinical decision‑making and helping the EPU medical team perform at its best.

Reporting to the Medical Director, the EPU Medical Team Lead is responsible for the day‑to‑day clinical leadership and people management of the EPU medical team. The role ensures medical services are delivered safely, consistently and in accordance with approved protocols, GCP and applicable regulatory requirements.
