Esmed Lab Diagnostic is seeking a qualified and experienced Medical Technologist to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of laboratory tests, including blood tests, urinalysis, and microbiological tests.
• Prepare and analyze samples.
• Maintain accurate records of all laboratory procedures.
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of all laboratory results.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment.
• Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology.
• Licensed Medical Technologist in the Philippines.
• At least 1 year of experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
