This is a strategic leadership role with end-to-end ownership across:

- Customer Success

- Customer Support

- Field Service Operations

- Inventory & Logistics

- Operational Excellence & Scalability

We are specifically looking for candidates with strong MedTech exposure;
this is a mandatory requirement for the role.
