Full-Time Meetings & Events Sales Coordinator
Job Description
You’ll be the go‑to person once events are confirmed, owning the coordination process and bringing events to life.
- Manage the end‑to‑end coordination of small to medium events, from proposals through to delivery and billing.
- Act as the main contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring a smooth experience throughout.
- Prepare accurate event orders (BEOs) and ensure clear communication with operational teams.
- Work closely with F&B, operations and external suppliers to deliver high-quality events.
- Support the sales team with enquiries, site inspections and showcasing event spaces.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and maximise revenue throughout the planning process.
- Maintain accurate records and pipelines using CRM and sales systems.
