Job Description: Administers health insurance benefits for our members and our reps take calls from providers and members regarding claims, benefits, and eligibility. 50-60 incoming calls daily. Need call center background experience to be considered; healthcare is a plus!
Fully onsite, shifts are between 7a-7p, 8 hours shift. Shifts are given during training in the first week. PLEASE ENSURE CANDIDATES ARE OPEN TO A SHIFT ANYTIME BETWEEN 7a-7P. They submit a preference for 3 shifts within that time frame. They typically get their first preference, but can't guarantee it. During the first 3 weeks, contractors will only work 30 hours a week during training
During the first week of training the supervisors will discuss with MER what their 1, 2 and 3rd preference will be for a 9-hour shift (include two 15-minute paid breaks and a 30-minute unpaid lunch).
For the full term of the contract, contractors are not able to work remotely.
