Role Summary

The MTS advances thin film process development for NAND cell film by leading project initiatives, executing complex experiments, conducting material characterization, and supporting process integration and fixing, while promoting manufacturability and continuous improvement. The MTS operates as a key technical contributor delivering measurable results at the department/site level, mentors early‑career staff aligned to TLP entry expectations, and strengthens SOP/knowledge systems.
