We are seeking a Membership Administrator to support member services, maintain membership records, and assist with renewals, communications, and program coordination. The Membership Admin is responsible for ensuring accurate member data, processing new memberships and renewals, and responding to member inquiries. The role requires strong organizational skills, customer service, and database management experience.


Responsibilities

+ Maintain and update membership databases

+ Process applications, renewals, and cancellations

+ Respond to member questions and service requests
